1.1. All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability.
1.2. Full payment or a deposit (where applicable) must be made before the service date.
1.3. Prices quoted are based on the information provided by the customer and may vary if the details change.
1.4. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods as advised by FTmaxiTransport.
2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or phone call.
2.2. For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service time, a full refund (minus any admin fees) will be provided.
2.3. For cancellations within 48 hours of the service, FTmaxiTransport reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the total fee.
2.4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
3.1. Customers must ensure that all passengers comply with safety regulations and instructions provided by the driver.
3.2. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
3.3. FT Transport reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a threat to the safety or comfort of others.
3.4. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the customer.
4.1. FTmaxiTransport will make every effort to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4.2. FTmaxiTransport is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during transport. Passengers are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.
5.1. For services between Singapore and Malaysia, passengers must ensure they hold valid travel documents. FTmaxiTransport is not responsible for denied entry at immigration checkpoints.
5.2. Any additional charges or waiting time due to immigration checks are borne by the customer.
6.1. Any changes to bookings must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time and are subject to availability.
7.1. FTmaxiTransport respects your privacy. Any personal data collected will only be used for booking and operational purposes, and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction.
